Melody Health Will be Closing 

We regret to inform you that due to recent federal government funding cuts, Melody Health will be closing. Our final day of patient care for primary care services will be December 10, 2025. 

If you have any ongoing medical concerns or need prescription refills, we encourage you to schedule a final appointment with your usual provider before then. After December 10, Melody Health will no longer be able to provide primary care or refill prescriptions for primary care patients. 

You will still be able to get reproductive care services from Planned Parenthood.
