Elsa Gomez has always wanted a career where she could help others. When exploring career options in junior college, she decided to volunteer at her local community hospital where she became fascinated with medicine and was inspired to pursue nursing. After graduating from her ADN program at Mt. San Antonio College, Elsa applied to the same community hospital and worked for 7 years in the Emergency Department. Elsa later returned to school to obtained a BSN at University of Phoenix. She then attended California State University, Los Angeles and received a Master of Science in nursing, as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner licensure. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice.

A nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, Elsa takes great joy in serving the community, and believes in the importance of working for an organization that shares the same vision of providing compassionate and non-judgmental care. An avid fan of the outdoors, she enjoys exploring hiking trails and going on runs with her toddler.
