Insurance Information

​​We accept Medi-Cal and a variety of health insurance plans sponsored through Medi-Cal. We also accept many commercial insurance plans.

If you need insurance, you may qualify for Melody Health at no cost to you through Medi-Cal.

If you have Medi-Cal, you can switch your primary care provider to a Melody Health provider.

Medi-Cal insurance coverage needs to be renewed each year. Be sure to update your contact information at KeepMediCalCoverage.org.
