Kaitlin is experienced in medical social work, field work, and private practice. Over the past 10 years, she worked in the Correctional Health Service department of the Los Angeles County Men’s Jail.
At the age of five and a youth in the foster care system, she was assigned a social worker who helped to guide her through trying times. “He became one of the most influential people in my life who gave me the strength, motivation, and encouragement to continue on in my education…He became my inspiration for joining the field,” she said.
Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her son.
